I have been struggling here for some quite some time and the two ladies in the front office always find a way to hurt me even if it's at the end and they basically said no more and they haven't given up on me yet there are a blessing because I have kids and I want to tell them both thank you so much and the maintenance man thank you so much for always being considerate when it's time is need... Home Sweet Home Palmilla Community

I love this community! We moved in back in November 2018 and it was one of the best moving decisions we made. Its a gated community with a pool and a nice children's play area in the front. Also, a grass area if you have any pets. I feel like the place is pretty quiet - I mean yes, on the weekends you might hear some noise but its usually just kids playing/riding bikes. I like it - gives it a very " Home Sweet Home " feeling if you know what I mean. Right outside of the community is many stores for food, shopping, coffee, and the gym. The 215 freeway is literally 2 minutes away from here. As for any of my maintenance requests - ALL of it is handles ASAP. I sent in a work order and they were at my door 5 minutes after. The ladies in the office are so nice and responsive to any messages and requests I have. Also, the maintenance guys are always really polite and do their best to get the job done in a timely manner. Oh yeah, and I am LOVING the new lights that they just installed around the community. My family and I really love this place and as long as God says the same we plan on staying here for a loooonngggg while.

Awesome People

I found this place on Apartment guide. Even after reading some of the reviews about staff/maintenance requests - we still decided to check it out! They had really nice floor plan layouts & it was exactly what we were looking for. Its a gated community, right when you drive in there is a play area for children & a pool & spa right next to it. When we walked into the office we met a really nice lady named Carolina. She informed me about availability dates, floorplans, & prices! She had the exact floor-plan i wanted available coming soon! She checked if anyone already started an application on it & answered all the questions we had. She was really informative & made us feel really welcome. She even gave us some chocolates! ( that was a PLUS for my two year old :D lol ) We will be moving in next month & is so excited to be part of the community. I will just continue to have faith that they will try there best to get to any maintenance requests we might have in the future! Thank you Carolina for all of your help! So far so good for our experience!

HOA is rediculous...

My biggest complaint is the HOA is a rediculous price. I’m a home owner and at $165 per month, golf course communities keep their community looking way better for less. A lot of the light polls around the sidewalks are broken and theres a lot of bald areas in rock areas. Also some of the metal screen things they made to block the AC units are falling over. Plus the grass is never in great condition. Very noisy. I live in the front by the leasing office and there traffic coming in at all times. Pets are allowed and there are 2 dogs close to us the bark non stop. The dumpster areas are always over filled and people just throw trash on the ground. Last thing, the parking is very limited. Having company at night, there’s always a hassle trying to find a parking spot. Guest have been parking at LVAC parking lot. I’ve only dealt with the people in the office once or twice and they were really nice.

After reading the reviews here we decided to check out Palmilla Townhomes . We has a great pre-rental experience with the Assistant Manager, such a friendly and personable personality which made the touring process enjoyable and so informative too! The grounds are well kept and it looks like its a quiet environment to rent for s while. People are sold on quality and customer service and PALMILLA has that so we are excited to move to this complex in the next couple of months.

Beautiful spanish looking townhomes

The service that i got from a young girl named Carolina was excellent. she answered all of my questions. I been looking for the santa fe floor plan but its never avaliable. I guess ill just have to commit to a different floor plan for now, besides this eveything else was great. the property looks nice and well maintained.

SPACIOUS FLOOR PLANS

i stopped by to take a look at the floor plans because i was interested in a 4 bedroom town home. Unfortunately they didn't have 1 available for my time frame. The assistant manager was very helpful and gave me all the information that i needed to know ,she was very polite and courteous she took all my information so when a 4 bedroom becomes available she would follow up with me. Great Service

Maintenance team is amazing. I submitted a request last night and I stopped at home for a lunch break and the issue was already fixed! I am very happy with the turn around time. The community is also well kept and very quiet. The office staff is always polite and courteous when we communicate. I have lived here for almost 2 years and never had any issues. Nice apartments

Best place we have ever stayed in Vegas

My family absolutely loves this place. The neighbors are quiet, the grounds are kept clean. The maintenance supervisor is the best everything gets fixed right away. I have never met nicer office staff the women take the time to help with any and everything. We usually move after our lease is up, BUT this time we struck gold the floor plan is very spacious it honestly near everything so until we are ready to buy we've gotten real comfortable here. ??????

Rare find

I was so happy to find this place. The location is perfect and it's so much room. The only thing I don't like is the parking. If you have company they have to park a far way and the back gate doesn't work. Other than that, this place is golden. I love it.

Love my two bedroom!
